When will I receive my order?

Processing will usually take about 3-5 business days. Once the product is shipped, USPS is responsible for the delivery. USPS standard shipping rates usually take 7-10 business days.

How can I make sure my order went through properly?

An email confirmation will be sent to you after you order with us. It will have your order information and we will also send a tracking number to the same email once provided. 

Can I remove items from my order?

Unfortunately once the order is placed you can not change you order. The order will need to be cancelled in it's entirety if you want to add or remove items.  Please note that when the order is shipped we can no longer cancel your purchase and it will only be available for an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible at theblackorchidshop1@gmail.com to ensure that we do not ship your order. Once shipped, we are not able to cancel and your order will only be available for an exchange.

What should I do if i receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately at theblackorchidshop1@gmail.com. We will make it a priority to send you the correct item or refund your purchase.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will swap it for the correct item or refund your payment to you. 

What if I need a big order made to accommodate a group or large party?

If you need a certain signature item in bulk please email us so we can try and fulfill a special order for you. Here at Black Orchid we will try our best to help accommodate any special orders, please make sure to let us know ahead of time of the items you need.
