Here at Black Orchid we know that buying items online may seem like a gamble. We value the business of every customer and recognize that some items just won't work out as planned. Our refund policy is in place and those choosing to "exchange" their items need to follow the instructions carefully.
****There are no refunds unless the product received was damaged****
Notice of exchanges need to be made within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. If notice is not given the item will not be honored unless special circumstances arise.
Once an item has shipped it can not be cancelled or returned.
Items can not be worn, washed, or altered in any way or an exchange will not be approved.
All products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits) will not be eligible for a return as we strive to give each customer the same experience when receiving their items.
For the return shipping address please email firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the instructions below:
Write your name on the return label and place inside the packaging
Write your order number, item description, color, and size on the return shipping label
Please write on the label what item and color you want to exchange your item for and we will send it back to the address the original payment was made from.
**All exchanged packaging are required to have a tracking number**
Please allow 14 days for your exchanged items to be processed. Also, the exchanged items need to be product Black Orchid currently has in stock to be switched.
Exchanged items need to be of equal or greater value for the order to be processed.
Please follow the instructions given so your return can be processed efficiently. Those who do not follow the rules provided will be returning their items back at their own risk!!
